Only real meetings.

A calendar is full of things that aren't meetings. VibeFlow skips them, judged by your own email, even on a colleague's calendar you watch. A meeting on two of your calendars shows once.

Set up in Settings › Meetings

  1. Sign in with Google. Read-only.
  2. Pick the calendars to watch.
  3. Choose the lead time: 5, 10 or 15 minutes.

It syncs every five minutes, after your Mac wakes and when the network comes back. A status line says whether you're signed in, offline, or blocked by your Workspace admin.

Your calendar stays yours

VibeFlow asks Google for read-only access and keeps events in memory on your Mac. Nothing goes to a VibeFlow server, because there isn't one. The sign-in lives in your Keychain.

Sign out in Settings › Meetings, or remove VibeFlow at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Questions about Meetings

Does it work with Outlook or iCloud calendars?

No. Meetings reads Google Calendar directly, which is how it finds exact Meet links. Other calendars are not planned.

My work account says it's blocked.

Some Google Workspace admins only allow approved apps. Ask yours to allow VibeFlow, or use a personal account.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, with one switch in Settings › Meetings. Like every tool in VibeFlow, it is an on/off and nothing more.

Comes with a voice, too.

Meetings is one of VibeFlow's tools. The app's main job is voice: Option and three keys to read, explain and dictate. See how it works.
